	Dr. Chad Ellsworth, D.M.D., M.S. – Doctor Dr. Chad Ellsworth attended the Oregon Health Science University in Portland Oregon, obtaining a Doctorate in Dental Medicine (DMD), followed by the completion of his 2 year residency in dental pediatrics at Virginia Commonwealth University Medical College where he obtained a Masters of Science (MS) and his certificate in pediatric dentistry. A native of Las Vegas, he graduated from Chaparral High School, followed up by his undergrad studies at the University of Nevada Las Vegas and the University of Nevada Reno. In March of 2007, Dr. Ellsworth received the Diplomat certification of distinction from the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Ellsworth and his wife Amy have been married for 17 years and are lucky enough to have four children. As a family they enjoy riding their dirtbikes and snowboarding.
	Dr. Jeffery A. Cox, D.D.S. – Doctor Dr. Jeff Cox is a graduate of the University of Colorado, where he obtained his Doctorate in Dental Science (DDS). He then completed his 2 year residency in pediatric dentistry at the University of Nevada Reno, School of Medicine, where he served as Chief Resident in his second year. A native of Las Vegas, Dr. Cox graduated from Valley High School in 1991 and finished his undergraduate work at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. He also is a Diplomat of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Cox and his wife Tamera have been married for 16 years and have two children. Some of their favorite family activities include traveling, reading, and playing games.
	Geralyn Glassbrook, R.D.A. – Clinical Manager Geralyn Glassbrook has been with Anthem Pediatric Dentistry since it opened in August of 2005 and contributed to opening our 3 other clinical locations. She is a very talented registered dental assistant with 33 years of experience, including ten plus years of pediatric dental experience. Her compassion, experience, and commitment have helped even the most frightened patients through their dental care. When time is found, she enjoys spending time with her family at the beach.
	Diana Mendoza – Office Manager Diana has been in pediatric dentistry for over 24 years and has been with Anthem Pediatric Dentistry for over 5 years. As the office manager, Anthem Pediatric Dentistry has experienced great success and she played a vital role in opening up our second, third and fourth locations. She is dedicated in helping every patient and family to have an excellent dental experience. Diana is an avid baseball fan and loves spending time with her two kids playing baseball and softball.
	Christina Parmenter – Finance Manager and Billing Specialist After working in the medical field for ten years, Christina discovered that her true passion is in pediatric dentistry. Here at Anthem Pediatric Dentistry , her goal is to provide the patient and their families with the most accurate insurance and financial information as possible so that you have an excellent dental experience in our office. In her spare time Christina enjoys working out, going to the movies, and spending time with her family.
	Desiree Romero – Treatment Coordinator Desiree has been with Anthem Pediatric Dentistry since 2009. She truly enjoys serving patients and their families, which is seen through her superior customer service skills. As the practice treatment coordinator her role is to schedule appointments, explain in detail to the patients the dentist’s treatment plan, and to answer any questions there may be. When Desiree is not serving the needs of patients and families here at Anthem, she is spending time with her family and going to the movies.
	Amanda Lapin - Front Desk Receptionist Amanda is our front desk receptionist and one of the most friendly people you will ever meet. She has over seven years experience as a receptionist and has been working in the dental field for over two years. She loves working with the kids that come into Anthem. Born and raised in Las Vegas, she graduated from Eldorado High School where she was a dual sport star in softball and tennis. Amanda still loves playing sports, enjoys outdoor activities, as well as shopping and getting pedicures
	Luis Villanueva - Information Technology Luis is our technology expert and oversees keeping our computers maintained and functioning properly. Luis is a native of El Paso, Texas, but moved to Las Vegas in 2004 where he graduated with honors from Eldorado High School. He is currently studying pre-med at the University of Nevada Las Vegas with the goal of becoming a medical doctor. He has a great personality and we are grateful to have him as part of the Anthem Pediatric Family. Luis is an avid baseball player and loves the Boston Red Sox.
	Katie Robertson- Marketing/Community Relations Manager Katie has been with Anthem since February 2012 and enjoys the opportunity she has to speak with many different people each day. Growing up in Overton NV, she attended Moapa Valley High School, then went on to obtain her Bachelors Degree in Interpersonal Communications at Southern Utah University in Cedar City Utah. Katie enjoys many activities, but her favorites include dance, college football, shopping, rodeos, Disneyland, and spending time with family and friends.
	Brenda Davidson – Dental Assistant Brenda has been a dental assistant for over 40 years and has been with Anthem Pediatric Dentistry for over three years. She is a valuable member of the Anthem team because of all her experience. Her years in the industry bring great experience and great stories. Brenda has a gift for working with those children that may be having some anxiety over going to the dentist.
	Vibiana Cotaya - Sterile Tech/Dental Assistant Vibiana is a California girl, originally growing up in Los Angeles. She moved to Henderson and graduated from Green Valley High School. After high school, Vibiana worked in retail for four years before starting a career in dentistry. She has been with Anthem Pediatric since 2010 and loves working one on one with each of the patients. Vibiana has a passion for the Arts, especially photography. She enjoys going to the gym, running, and walking her dog, Charlie.

	Amanda Candito - Dental Assistant Amanda is another one of our talented and experienced dental assistant. She has four years of experience working as a dental assistant. Her favorite part of working at Anthem Pediatric Dentistry is none other than working with all of the kids. Born and raised in Las Vegas, she is a 2006 graduate of Del Sol High School. Amanda is happily married and has one beautiful daughter. She enjoys baking, gardening, and spending quality time with her family.

	Neli Felix - Office Supervisor Neli is the office supervisor at our Charleston location. She is very skilled and committed to each individuals customer service. Neli has been working in the dental field for over 9 years and has obtained a great knowledge in helping to answer most questions that patients' parents might have. Neli loves Las Vegas and is a graduate from Clark High school. She is the mother of three great kids and loves spending time with her family. Other of Neli's interests include reading and shopping.
	Alan Estrada - Dental Assistant Alan attended dental assisting school at PMI and currently attends the College of Southern Nevada part time with the goal of becoming a dental hygienist. He grew up in Henderson, attending Basic High School prior to becoming a dental assistant. In his spare time Alan enjoys a good scary movies, ice cream, and playing with his two dogs.
	Janine - Dental Assistant Janine is a native of Las Vegas and graduated from Desert Pines High School. After high school she trained to be a dental assistant at the Hi-Tech Institute. Janine has been with Anthem Pediatric Dentistry over a year. A few activities she enjoys are watching movies and spending time with her beautiful daughter.

	John Dryden D.M.D. - Doctor A native of Escondiodo, California, he obtained his Bachelors degree from Utah State University and went on to graduate in 2001 from the Oregon Health Sciences School of Dentistry. After practicing general dentistry for seven years in Mesa, Az Dr. Dryden's love for children led him to specialize in pediatrics. He completed his two year Pediatric Residency at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 2010. Dr.Dryden's interests include playing golf and camping, hiking, and fishing with his family. He is the father of 5 wonderful children and has been married to his lovely wife Laura, a native of Las Vegas, since 1994. We are very fortunate to have him in the Anthem Pediatric Family.
	Laura Escobar - Desert Inn Office Supervisor Laura is the office supervisor at our Desert Inn location and is a very compassionate individual. She has worked in the dental field for over thirteen years and will go above and beyond to ensure each patients visit is a great experience. Laura is bilingual speaking both English and Spanish, which is valuable to our patients. She moved to Las Vegas from California in the late 80's and really loves all the community has to offer. Laura is very family oriented and most often can be found spending quality time with her three boys.
	Jazzmin Michel - Jones Office Supervisor Jazzmin is the office supervisor at out Jones location and has an amazing work ethic. She has been working in the dental field for over three years. Jazzmin loves the opportunity she has each day to interact with the patients and their families. She is bilingual and is fluent in English and Spanish. Jazzmin is married and has three beautiful children. One of their favorite activities is going to the movies together.
	Kimberly Broaden - Front Office Kimberly has been part of the dental field for over thirteen years and is known as a very genuine and professional person. Born and raised in Las Vegas, she graduated from the Southern Nevada Vocational Technical Center with a certificate in Business Management. She is a dedicated wife and mother to two beautiful daughters. Kim enjoys spending quality time with family, empowering youth, and singing. She is currently continuing her education at the University of Phoenix.
	Michelle Luers - Dental Assistant Michelle has been dental assisting for eight years and loves working with the children at Anthem. She is a very patient and kind person. Michelle speaks both English and Spanish which is a great help in communicating with each patient about their needs. Only moving to Las Vegas over three years ago, we are fortunate to have her on the Anthem Team. Michelle has been happily married for fourteen years and is the mother of three wonderful boys. She loves spending time with her family and is a huge San Diego Chargers fan.
	Veronica Vidrio - Dental Assistant Veronica is a talented dental assistant and brings thirteen years of dental experience, which includes pediatric office and surgical skills, to the Anthem Team. She also has had additional training in radiology. Veronica loves working with children and is very patient and kind. Speaking both English and Spanish has been beneficial through out her career with customer service ensuring success with each patient she works with. Veronica loves spending time with her family, going to the beach, and watching a good movie.
